Service-Based Projects
As DDSL provides professional architectural, interior design, planning, and consultancy services, payments made for completed work, consultations, or approved design stages are generally non-refundable.
Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled by the client before work has commenced, any advance payment may be refunded after deducting applicable administrative and consultation charges.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 to 15 business days.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
Completed design work.
Consultancy services already delivered.
Customized architectural drawings and plans.
Site visits and inspection charges.
