  • Once the project planning or material purchase has started, advance payments are generally non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by Customer

If a customer wishes to cancel a service request:

  • Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email to info@ddsl.in.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.

  • Refund will be made through the original payment method

  • Any transaction or processing charges may be deducted
